What we collect
When you choose to submit an invitation-only website request, we collect your author or pen name, contact email, questionnaire answers, and pricing preferences. We do not ask for passwords, bank or card information, and you should not provide them in free-text answers.
Why we collect it
We use the information to understand your website request, provide a tailored estimate, follow up about your project, and maintain a record of your request. Submitting the form does not purchase a service or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored using Cloudflare's D1 database services. Access to the project dashboard is limited to approved administrative identities. Cloudflare's security and anti-spam services process technical information necessary to operate and protect the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep requests only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage projects, or meet applicable legal obligations. To ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your inquiry, contact the person who sent you your invitation using the same channel. A dedicated business email address will be added after mail service activation.
Other websites
Links to retailers, newsletters, or third-party services are subject to those providers' privacy practices. We will disclose additional integrations when they are introduced.
